The point you become hoggish, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your cash. Sounds a little weird, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I don’t panic about squandering it. I went to the the casino last evening with 20 dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care less about losing it, I mean, what is $20? So guess what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in 2 hours!

A different occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Bob. I went in with 100 dollars that I could not afford to squander. I got gluttonous, I got scared, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 32 minutes! The lesson is never ever wager more than you can manage to lose. If you do not care about not winning, you have a greater chance of winning big!

How else can you enhance your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they come up every once in a while, but they do not come up enough to ensure a dependable profit. Only wager on even bets e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like 1st dozen, second 12, 3rd 12, etc Bet on odds that pay pretty big.

With the basic rules covered, how else can we additionally boost our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our friend, instead of our opposition. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my buddy Chris would say to me. "It is absolutely arbitrary because any number can come up". Sure, my buddy Bob certainly has a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking a crucial part of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black could come up 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
